  • Low Dose: 10mg vial lasts ~1 month / 30mg vial lasts ~12 weeks
  • Moderate Dose: 10mg vial lasts ~2 weeks / 30mg vial lasts ~6 weeks

Reconstitution:

  • Reconstitute with:
    ◦ 10mg vial: 1mL bacteriostatic water
    ◦ 30mg vial: 3mL bacteriostatic water

Protocol:

  • Schedule:
    ◦ Microdose: 5 units, 3x/week
    ◦ Low Dose: 12.5 units, 2x/week
    ◦ Moderate Dose: 25 units, 2x/week
  • Dose:
    ◦ Microdose: 5 units (0.5mg)
    ◦ Low Dose: 12.5 units (1.25mg)
    ◦ Moderate Dose: 25 units (2.5mg)
  • Administration: Subcutaneous. AM
